  1. Using any operator finger on right hand reach through B left and take A left (Reversed anticlockwise = take from below bottom shank
    Shift B left up to A
    Return taken loop to position B left
  2. Using any operator finger on right hand lift C left up through B left
    Shift B left down to C left
    Put taken loop onto empty position B left
  3. Using D right take C left through D left unreversed.
    Shift D left up to C left.
  4. Using any operator finger on left hand reach through B right and take A right (Reversed clockwise = take from below bottom shank
    Shift B right up to A
    Return taken loop to position B right
  5. Using any operator finger on left hand lift C right up through B right
    Shift B right down to C right
    Put taken loop onto empty position B right
  6. Using D left take C right through D right unreversed.
    Shift D right up to C right.

Repeat.
